CoralApp 2-Year Strategic Roadmap:

This roadmap outlines our strategic plan for CoralApp, representing our intended course of action, all things being equal. We are committed to transparent communication as we progress through each phase and launch new product releases. We look forward to collaborating with our community, growing together, and evolving this strategic plan based on shared insights and achievements.

Product Release & Launch (Q3 2025 - Q2 2026)

Q3 2025: Laying the Groundwork

• Research and design complete for the Mobile Node Network (POC complete).

• Define APIs and protocols for Onboarding Task Partners

• Phone Feature Updates: Release the Vault (secure storage) update

• Continue development of CoralWallet in partnership with our Wallet partners including name service

• Business Development: Recruit BD personnel for crypto partnerships and crypto gaming publishers for Coral gaming hub.

• Marketing: Onboard global marketing partner

• TGE Preparation: Finalize tokenomics, smart contract development, and address legal/compliance for the Token Generation Event (TGE).

Q4 2025Q1 2026: TGE & Core Feature Launch

• Phone Feature Updates: Complete and test CoralWallet and The Vault. Begin backend and SDK development for the CoralHub.

• New Feature: Release the Coral fitness application with reward system and data staking on CoralPhone

• Business Development: Secure strategic airdrop partnerships

• TGE: Execute the TGE, monitor token distribution, and launch marketing campaigns.

• Device Expansion: Start R&D and feasibility studies for the Coral Gen 2 Phone.

Q1 2026: Ecosystem Growth & Feature Enhancement

• Release a public testnet for the CoralWallet

• Launch a pilot program for the Mobile Node Network.

• Launch an integrated Task Partner Platform for partners looking to leverage the Coral DePIN asset community.

• Device Expansion: Begin industrial design, hardware selection, and initial prototyping for the Gen 2 Phone.

Q2 2026: Scaling & Iteration

• Phone Feature Updates: Launch CoralHub Beta with expanded library and social features.

• Release a public testnet for the Mobile Node Network.

• Marketing: Execute campaigns for Game Hub adoption and feature awareness; plan international market expansion.

• Device Preparation: Rigorous testing of Gen 2 Phone prototypes, finalize Bill of Materials, and set up supply chain.

• Business Plan: Offer Whitelabel phone services to Web3 projects and communities.

Expansion & Maturation

Q3 2026: Public Launches & Device Preparation

• Phone Feature Updates: Publicly launch the CoralHub with advanced features. Publicly launch Live Streaming Capability.

• Business Development: Focus on strategic partnerships with major game studios and content creators.

• Marketing: Develop and execute major marketing campaigns for the upcoming Gen 2 phone. Launch pre-order campaigns and execute the launch marketing strategy for the Gen 2 Phone.

Q4 2026: Ecosystem Optimization & Phone Pre-Launch

• Phone Feature Updates: Achieve full public availability and optimization of the Mobile Node Network. Continuously iterate and optimize all existing features.

• Provide post-launch software support and exploration of CoralTabs (Tablets and other accessories).

• Expand to support computing capabilities on other device outside Coral network.
